随着 (suí zhe) Along with
The first word is 随着 (suí zhe) which means along with. A way of using it in a sentence is: 我们随着音乐跳起了舞。(Wǒmen suízhe yīnyuè tiào qǐle wǔ.) We danced along with the music.
随手 (suí shǒu) Conveniently
Another word we can create with 随 (suí) is 随手 (suí shǒu). This means ‘conveniently'. Let’s again look at each character of this word, 随 means along with, and 手 means hand. A way of using it in a sentence is 随手关门。 (Suíshǒu guānmén.) Close the door behind you. We say this to someone who is either coming into a room or going out and they can conveniently close the door behind them.
随意 (suí yì) As one pleases
Finally, we can create the word 随意 (suí yì) which means ‘as one pleases’. The 意 here means intention. A way of using it in a sentence is 我喜欢随意送礼物。(Wǒ xǐhuān suíyì sòng lǐwù.) I like to give out gifts whenever I feel like it. This is someone who gives out presents not only on special occasions but randomly.
